  • Become a centre of excellence for SEND by championing inclusive practice, supporting other schools to implement high-quality ordinarily available provision, and leading collaborative work across the Aldershot cluster to build shared expertise
  • Continue to create a strong sense of belonging by helping all children and families feel seen and supported, offering targeted help through the Talavera Family Support Hub, and building stronger links with our EAL community.

  • Ensure subject leaders lead with clear accountability and an understanding of their role as a leader to drive standards for the children and ensure progression in their  specialist subjects.
  • Leaders at all levels promote consistently high expectations related to school values and are proactive in reflecting on current practice, researching innovative solutions to barriers.
